The product of 15 years experimentation with various technologies from parent company Animazoo has enabled the business to move into the entertainment sector using hardware and software only available to TV production companies and only affordable for large establishments like various Disney Parks.

The technology is simple but sophisticated and proprietary: a patented motion capture suit is controlled by a single operator and connects to any HD or LCD screen. The suit then measures the movements of said operator and integrates it with an animated character (humanoid 3D or cartoon character) via a microphone. The operator can see and hear the audience through a hidden camera and speak to up to 50 people giving the illusion of a living cartoon and leading to an interactive experience that is unique every time. There are no pre-recorded animation used to aid communication with the audience. And with the ability to change between an unlimited number of background images with the press of a key, the Animalive system can be a revolutionary source of edu-tainment.

Another difference between this and other similar technologies is the affordability. Whereas previously only top end theme parks would have been able to afford the technology, Animalive’s price tag enables a variety of smaller entertainment centres to incorporate the system into their business.

ChatterBox DVD

Providing venues and occasions with an all in one technological setup to create a ‘meet and greet’ attraction. Companies can create or use an existing character that will interact with guests on a one to one (interview format) basis. Guests then take home a DVD souvenir of their experience which is a revolutionary way to generate revenue for a business (building a high tech image in the process).

ChatterBox party room

Using green screen technology children can see themselves interact with animated characters on screen as it entertains and hosts the party. Ideal for the family entertainment centre and party rooms, the ChatterBox Party Room system will duplicate the recording and provides a DVD for each guest to take home. The DVD can be pre-loaded with commercial content in wait of the ChatterBox experience.

ChatterBox –Mini 

The simplest form of Animalive technology, the mini system does no recording and is the ideal system for: ushering visitors one way or another, working as an information booth or an education outlet, or can be used as a perfect point-of-sale booth.
