COST’s headquarters is located in Jackson, WI, a Milwaukee suburb.  The plant and office occupy a 140,000 sq. ft building on over 64 acres.  To better serve clients in other regions, we have field offices in Orlando, FL, Seattle, WA and Dubai, UAE.  Most pre-fabrication is done within our Jackson plant, however, the majority of our work is still field constructed. 

Our team is proficient in a variety of materials such as Shotcrete, GFRC, GFRG, FRP, urethanes, epoxies, wood and acrylics.  The materials we utilize are proven to endure harsh climate conditions and the punishment of years of use.  Our talented array of artisans, skilled construction personnel and devoted project managers work closely with architects, designers, owners and other contractors to ensure only the finest in theme construction is delivered on each and every project.
