Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc. has provided ticketing, revenue management, and admission control solutions for the attraction and transportation industries since 1987. Hundreds of companies have automated their ticketing and point of sale operations with Gateway.

Gateway is a team-oriented company of approximately 100 people. The head office in Pennsylvania provides all software development and technical support. Sales and satellite offices are located in Florida, Tennessee, and Alberta, Canada. A wholly owned subsidiary operates from Paris, France.

Gateway recognizes that point of sale applications in admission controlled environments require thorough planning, implementation, and maintenance. Introducing a new revenue management and admission control system, or replacing an existing system, involves the sophisticated coordination of cashier, operation, marketing, accounting and executive teams. Our scalable design means you can meet your specific needs today and expand in the future with confidence in Gateway’s on-going support and development. The Galaxy solution is a comprehensive management tool for ticketing, food and beverage, retail, admission control, group sales, consignments, pass holders and essentially every aspect of your operation. It provides a distributed database across the network, allowing each station to function independently in the event of a network failure. Turnstile admission is controlled by bar coded or magnetic stripe-readers connected to the live ticket database, providing real-time statistics for pass usage, in-park counts, ticket usage reporting, and validation of limited admission tickets.
