Hollyer Projects is a creative resource for visitor attractions. Richard Hollyer, owner and Director, has well over twenty years experience in the industry both as a project manager and a skilled craftsman.

Following a sculptural grounding in the 80s, Richard was employed by Merlin Studios (formerly Tussauds Group Studios) for nearly 18 years. During that time he headed up the moulding department, which creates the wax figures for Madame Tussauds globally, managed the wax figure maintenance team at Madame Tussauds London and finally became one of the Studio’s project managers in 2003, delivering increasingly complex projects for the ever-growing portfolio of Merlin attractions.

It is with the wealth of bespoke projects that Richard has handled over the years that Hollyer Projects can offer the management and delivery of creative installations. Richard is always keen to meet with clients at the earliest opportunity to discuss their requirements; to offer ideas and possible solutions for achieving their ultimate objective.
