OmniTicket Network System Features

The primary features of the OmniTicket Network system includes:

  • Fully-integrated and comprehensive general admissions, show scheduling, group sales and reservations, season pass management, retail and concessions sales and inventory control
  • A client/server solution that allows multiple remote locations to operate under a central database in real-time using a variety of network communications options.
  • Internet sales capabilities directly integrated with the on-site system enabling real-time sales to both consumers and partners.
  • Customizable self-service ticket vending and will-call kiosks directly integrated with the on-site system.
  • True real time tracking and integration with internal and third party systems (distributors, hotel booking and room keys, casinos, partners, etc.) to optimize operational, security and financial controls and marketing operations, and to allow cross promotions.
  • Full ready to implement “city pass” destination tickets, which can combine access entitlements for both venues with on-site Overview systems and those with no systems or other systems, allowing strong follow up on marketing for tourist destination concepts.

OmniTicket Network System Functionality

The OmniTicket Network system enables management of all types of ticketing through one central system, including:

Point-of-Sale Ticketing

The OmniTicket Network system offers a comprehensive yet simple approach to ticketing with multi-site and access control needs.  Tickets can be configured to permit access to one or more defined site areas, for one or more dates and time periods (including specific future dates), for one or more persons (including groups), with or without capacity or time restrictions, at a precisely indicated cost to the guest. Overview then tracks all the sales data and use of the issued tickets through the on-line network of access control devices, which can be handheld devices, pedestals or turnstiles.  Standard, high-quality hardware components are used to ensure reliability and speed.

Upsell and Suggestive Sales Processes

The OmniTicket Network system offers a custom “up-sell script” add-on option that allows our clients to design a customized interface to guide their cashiers and guests through the sales process by highlighting promotions, suggesting special offers, or selecting package components.  This unique feature is now being used at the world’s largest attractions.

Reservations and Group Ticketing

The OmniTicket Network system offers comprehensive and secure management of group sales and reservations with the possibility to accept advance reservations for groups or individuals for access to a venue or specific event on a specific day or time.

Supervisory Modules

The OmniTicket Network system offers management software that supports a wide range of daily operations, including:

  • Reporting and Statistics
  • Client Account Management
  • Integrated Marketing Tools
  • Workflow Management
  • Cash Management
  • Special event (show) set-up, management and reporting

Internet Sales Module (Nexus)

The OmniTicket Network system offers general admission, special event and assigned seating tickets to be processed on the Internet in real-time while accessing the same data as your front-gate ticket selling stations. Using Nexus, the OmniTicket system allows:

  • Real-time purchase of shared ticket inventory (no need to allocate quotas and seats)
  • Easy access to client account records and activity onsite and online
  • Guest reservations to be flagged for pick-up or mailing
  • Secure print-at-home option
  • Sale and renewal of season passes and memberships

B2B Distribution

The OmniTicket Network system offers a real-time interface to a wide variety of external systems.  The Nexus module has been designed to enable venues to sell tickets on the Internet, process ticket activations and sales through distributors worldwide and to participate in distribution affiliations, such as our Connect city-wide pass program.  We developed our Connect program to enable destinations, such as Rome, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Cleveland and Bloomington to offer a citywide ticket package that various organizations, attractions and hotels can all sell, track and reconcile electronically.

Integrated, Real-Time Access Control

The OmniTicket Network system was the first system to offer integrated ticketing and access control.  Since the beginning we have been the industry innovator in access control solutions, offering both specialized and standard hardware for access control.  With both cabled and wireless solutions, our access control devices can be tailored to accept any combination of required ticket media, including magnetic, bar-coded, chip card, transponders, wristbands, watches and more.

Self-Serve Ticketing and Automated Will Call

OmniTicket Network offers a range of products geared toward automating your ticket sales and ticket fulfillment operations.  Our self-serve ticket kiosks are fully integrated with the Overview System and provide the same functionality as any other workstation in your Overview System.  They can be used for ticket vending and automated will call of any types of products.
