Since its conception, RMA has proudly developed attractions such as Cadbury World, The Jorvik Viking Centre, Dicken’s World, Thomas Land at Drayton Manor Park and most recently, Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park. We have been invited back on numerous occasions to add to and enhance further features and shows to compliment the already successful attractions that we have developed with our clients.

Quick Team Quality and Structure
Nigel Knight was trained as an electronics design engineer and was ideally placed to bring his creative skills into the attractions industry. Nigel has worked in the attractions industry for 25 years and is a founder member of RMA Ltd. He took over the role of Managing Director in 2005.
Rick Matthews was trained as an architect before moving into the leisure design field when designing the original Jorvik Viking Centre. Rick Matthews is also a founder member of RMA Ltd. He now has over 27 years of experience in the attractions and theme park business.
Richard Horley Joined RMA Ltd as Technical Director in 2009, although he had been previously employed by the company as our resident Lighting Designer since 1999. Richard was responsible for the lighting design on Jorvik and most of the Cadbury World Projects installed after 1999.
Nick Arnold graduated in 2003 as a Broadcast Engineer and has since been responsible for many large scale audio and video designs and installations up and down the country. Having worked with us on many projects including Dickens World and Advert Avenue at Cadbury World, Nick finally joined us full-time in 2008.
Tony Moxley is our senior designer who has been with RMA for over 11 years and has been responsible for developing concepts and the working drawings for many projects over the years including Jorvik, DIG, Dicken’s World, Cadbury World, Thomas Land, Peppa Pig World and many more.
Tony also specialises in Graphic design and DTP.
Nik Kirby has been with RMA for 11 years and has become adept at running and organising complicated site situations in terms of organisation, logistics and health and safety. He recently directed site operations to the installation of the £9m Dickens World project in Kent.
Simon Prophet is a valuable aid to both shop and on-site operations and is the senior team leader. Simon has been with RMA for 8 years and is multi-skilled across a vast range of disciplines.
Angela Basker has recently joined RMA in 2011 as Projects Coordinator. Angela runs and tracks the project finances and interfaces directly with the on-site crews. Angela reports directly to Nigel and Rick.
Our staff capability and training are, due to the nature of our business, ongoing as contracts progress. Every contract we undertake is a prototype and as such, each situation requires differing sets of rules and procedures.
