Simtec Systems is a manufacturer of customized simulator systems for entertainment attractions as well as driving and flight simulation applications. Further products are used for testing of automotive and other vehicle components such as fuel tanks or seats.

We are a leading supplier of complete simulator attractions but our competence is not limited to motion platforms, the heart of every simulator. We are familiar with design of simulator cabins, integration of video and audio systems, air-conditioning and fire protection as well as show control systems including all necessary software. Safety of people and equipment is a major precept for us, approved by German TÜV.

Concerning ride films we advise the production team based on our experience. Our motion programming software assures precise frame-by-frame movements of the simulator in sync with the film content. Projection, video and audio technology is part of our competence. Finally you receive the key for system operation from our project manager to start the show with your customers, the visitors of the entire attraction.

Our simulator attractions are in operation in several parks and attractions. These simulators are based on our hydraulic motion system with six-degrees-of-freedom (6-DOF) and payloads from 150 kg to 25 tons. One shuttle can carry up to 80 passengers in an open theatre or closed cabin configuration. Passengers are sitting or standing, facing projection, audio and effect systems.

Exciting show effects, air-conditioning, fire protection and other equipment complete the individual motion ride tailored to your ideas and imaginations. Application of latest technology in research, design, engineering and fatigue calculation is our daily work and is based on our flight simulator experience. Design and manufacturing of electronic and show control systems is done in house.

We are manufacturer of CE approved products. EC directive machinery and other norms and standards are basic requirements for our engineering. Close cooperation with TÜV organizations confirms our professional attitude. Our mobile systems can support your next marketing project, e. g. as a road show.

Galaxy Simulator Cinema at Phantasialand
One of the biggest simulator systems in the world. 16 motion shuttles for 256 passengers in total are the ultimate experience for millions of visitors since 1994.

The Pavilion of the European Union at the EXPO 2000 in Hanover was the most successful exhibition the EU ever had thanks to three of our FUNRIDE simulators.

Phoenix Mega Motion Seat is our 6-DOF two seater simulator. Several units can be combined to open theatre arrangements. As a mobile unit the Phoenix Mega Motion Seats have been the major attraction of road shows for several customers.

Alaska Ice Adventure is the fantasy journey in a huge igloo through Alaska. In this Zoo called ZOOM Erlebniswelt in Gelsenkirchen up to 50 people per ride can adventure on three huge screens moving with the simulator platform.

Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart.  The very successful race history of Mercedes-Benz has presented by two Simtec simulators since 2006  .

Kids especially love the Children’s Driving School at the Autostadt in Wolfsburg.

Since summer 2009 two major attractions NürBus and TruckRacing in the Ringwerk° at Nürburgring are moved by Simtec motion platforms.

For the Shanghai Pavilion at the EXPO 2010 Simtec has developed, built, installed and programmed the motion platform of a new entertainment simulator. Visitors experience a journey through the story of Shanghai. At the same time 60 spectators can take part in the event.
