Everglades Safari Park is an amusement park attraction in South Florida and is located in the heart of the Everglades National Park on US41 – the Tamiami Trail – about 15 miles to the west of the Florida turnpike.
The amusement park has been in operation for over 35 years and is the main preferred provider of daily tours of the Everglades for numerous American and European tour operators and cruise companies.

You can take an exciting airboat ride through the heart of the Everglades at the amusement park where you can expect to see crocodiles, birds and plenty of other exotic species of wildlife in their own natural habitat. have a specialist guide onboard who is highly knowledgeable and who will be able to keep you informed about the history of the Everglades, point out interesting facts about its vegetation and the wildlife that reside in the amusement park as well as tell you about the impact of tourism on the area and the conservation efforts that are going on within the amusement park itself.
The airboat rides at the amusement park come in all sizes so can accommodate singles, couples, families and even large groups.
Another popular attraction at the amusement park is the Alligator Show where you can experience alligators and other wildlife at close quarters and there’s a Jungle Trail which leads you to Alligator Farm at the amusement park which contains over 400 alligators and various species of crocodile from around the world.
Other tours at the amusement park include the Jungle of Wilderness tour through an intricate ‘River of Grass’ eco-system where you might see deer, wild hogs, racoons and turtles as well as Florida’s famous alligators. There’s also an island hopping tour of uninhabited small islands which contain ancient Indian campsites and artefacts and for the romantics amongst you, there’s the magnificent Sunset Tour at the amusement park with its breathtaking night sky and its colours as well as it giving you the opportunity to see the different behaviours of wildlife species as dusk approaches.
There is also an observation deck overlooking the amusement park and the Everglades from where you can capture spectacular photographs and you’ll also have the opportunity to visit a replica Cheekee village.
