S&S Worldwide, Inc. is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Rich Allen as President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for day-to-day management and operations of the company.
Since joining the company in 1997, Allen has been instrumental in the management of
S&S, serving as Vice President and General Manager. In 2002,
he was assigned the position of Chief Operating Officer, and the recent changereflects the company’s confidence in Allen’s ability to guide the company’s
growth as a global leader in amusement rides.
Additionally, Kevin Rohwer, who has been with S&S since 2002 as Director of Sales, has been promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Rohwer’s role is being expanded to include full responsibility for the oversight of all worldwide sales and marketing efforts, and he will direct the company’s global sales team.
With its broad product line and the 2009 opening of three unique, world-class coasters in Europe, including the world’s fastest coaster in Germany, S&S is well situated to continue as a world leader in the amusement industry.
