The biggest players in the international construction industry gathered for the Big 5 tradeshow in Dubai from November 21-24, 2011, one of the largest shows of its kind with over 2500 exhibitors and 30,000 construction products from 75 countries. In addition to showing projects, Albertine presented a seminar on the company’s breakthrough products. Titled “Energy-Efficient, LEED-Certified Aluminum Enclosures and Retractable Skylights – A Grand Alternative to Traditional Construction,” the seminar highlighted the significant green benefits of OpenAire solutions. Projects incorporating an OpenAire retractable roof or enclosure can earn LEED points, offering tremendous energy savings and lower life cycle costs. Plus, the aluminium and glass structures require zero maintenance, and the appealing spaces they create offer lots of daylight, outdoor views and result in dramatically increased usage.
