Rainbow Productions expands work with Dutch attractions
Over the four-day Easter Bank Holiday weekend, character costume company Rainbow Productions managed the personal appearances of celebrity licensed cartoon characters such as Bugs Bunny, Batman: The Brave and the Bold and Bart Simpson at thirty five seasonal events at venues across the U.K.
A significant proportion of these Easter events were hosted by leisure attractions - as part of their special events programmes designed to appeal even more to a family audience.
Famous children’s characters were present over Easter at leisure venues including LEGOLAND Windsor, Crealy Adventure Theme Parks in Devon and Cornwall and The Flambard’s Experience in Cornwall.
On Easter Sunday, a sing-a-long stage show starring HIT Entertainment’s Barney took place at Crealy’s in Cornwall. A relative newcomer to Rainbow Productions’ portfolio of licensed characters available to book for personal appearances is Ben 10 Alien Force character Humungousaur (pictured); over Easter this popular alien posed for photographs and met guests at LEGOLAND Windsor and Flambards.
The Bank Holiday weekends in May are also set to be busy, with a number of children’s characters already scheduled to make guest appearances at leisure venues.
