Hire Reality presented interactive travelling exhibitions at the Ecsite Conference from 4 to 6 June 2009 in Milan, Italy.
For the first time, Hire Reality has presented itself to a wide public in this year's ECSITE Conference in Milan. With their travelling exhibition “Bees’ World” CLOSTERMANN design introduced the subsidiary company to the professional visitors of the conference.
In the Business Bistro of the conference, about 1,000 international professionals from the museum world have informed themselves about the newest trends in exhibitions and technologies for museums and science centers. At the Hire Reality booth, visitors could convince th
emselves of the interactive concept of Hire Reality exhibitions. Showcasing an anatomical model of the bee at the stand, the first exhibition “Bees’ World” was received with enthusiasm by all sides.
CEO Matthias Clostermann states: "Producing and marketing commercial travelling exhibitions is a very competitive business, since lots of museums build their own exhibits. With Hire Reality, we want to convince museum professionals of another approach to museum education that combines fun and science to grab people’s fascination for scientific topics. The positive feedback at the ECSITE conference shows that we are following the right strategy.”
Hire Reality is striving to further strengthen position in the growing market of travelling exhibitions. Plans for the next exhibitions are already laid out and were received excitedly by museum and science center professionals alike. "Especially the concept of our coming robotics exhibition has raised some curiosity", says Matthias Clostermann. “In this exhibition - planned for the end of 2009 - we do not want to explain technology, but examine the social impacts of our technical advancement.”
