The stage and the microphone were all set at EAS where Clostermann Design presented its new attraction “Alien Idol” to the visiting attraction professionals. Modeled after the famous superstar TV shows, “Alien Idol” asks spirited singers to prove their talent in front of three grouchy Alien animatronics.
After every performance, the relentless remarks are headed by the tight-lipped and rigorous toad lady who is all too often skipping her colleagues’ more favorable comments in Alien tongue.
“Alien Idol drew a lot of attention at the fair“, says Matthias Clostermann, CEO of
Clostermann Design. “Everybody took a closer look, when our Aliens invited the crowd to sing, although only a few brave ones did actually sing with us.”
The attraction is clearly aimed at the event industry and people will eventually set aside their reserve, when they are celebrating in bars and discos. The concept convinced and despite rather slow traffic in the halls, Clostermann Design, Matthias Clostermann evaluates the fair as a success: “We showed once again that Clostermann Design is making the transition from theming provider to turnkey attraction designer.”
