Dinosaurs Alive! comes to Valleyfair in 2013. A five acre multi-sensory and interactive dinosaur park is to be located near the front gate together with a new catering area.

Dinosaurs Alive! will have more than 30 life-sized animated dinosaurs inhabiting seven scenes along a 2,837-foot long path over nearly five wooded acres.
Highlights of Valleyfair’s prehistoric attraction will be a Ruyanogosaurus (39-feet tall, 72-feet long and 11.5-feet wide) as well as a Tyrannosaurs Rex, a Triceratops and a Stegosaurus.
Interactivity has been planned for the attraction with some dinosaurs having consoles which will allow guests to guide the movements of the animatronic beasts. There will also be a dig site where budding palaeontologists can discover prehistoric fossils. There will also be a dinosaur-themed gift shop.
