The center has gone live with our newest readers – 3.4” color LCD readers. This has been not only fitted to the 45+ game machines, but also controls the skill games, bumper car entry and the train ride entry making the entire center operational on the card system.
Along with this, the center is implementing the handheld POS and internet reporting for management insight, allows monitoring and controlling the center from remote.
The implementation has been an all round success. The system easily handled the weekend traffic. The system has been hailed by the partners for successfully driving up the revenue of the center as well giving them instantaneous view of the centers performance. The operations team just love the tool for the ease at which they can do the card sale as well as end of day accounting. And customers are really delighted not having to fight with the coins, the per customer spend has already seen a 20% improvement.
