Danish software developer, Mobaro Park, has hired a US-based Executive Business Developer to ā€˜win the hearts and mindsā€™ of Americaā€™s amusement and leisure industry.

Steve Boney will be sharing the benefits of the companyā€™s digital safety and maintenance software with professionals across the region.

ā€œItā€™s gotten off to a great start in Europe, ā€ says Boney. ā€œA number of leading attractions have taken a liking to the product. And, now we seek to include the American parks as well.ā€

Mobaro Park says that a move away from paper checklists and workflows to digital systems is a natural progression for a safety-conscious industry.

Boney is clear that a dynamic mobile information system makes the same information more effective. He says staff and management benefit from better knowledge, safety and time management, which traditionally translates into a more profitable park.

Mobaro Park has already successfully moved a number of parks and attractions over to a paperless system.

ā€œThe vibe from the industry is good, ” confirms Boney. “And from the looks of things, they want to hear more about going digital.”
